About Connor
My background isn't typical for a real estate broker — I came up through the trades. I grew up in Salinas, California, studied at Arizona State, and eventually found my way to Portland, where I co-founded Portland General Contracting in 2018. What started as a small restoration company has grown into a full-service firm that takes on everything from historic preservation to ground-up builds.
That experience gave me something most agents don't have: I know buildings. I know what a renovation actually costs, what's worth preserving, and what a seller should fix before listing versus what's better left as-is. When I walk through a property, I'm thinking about the structure, the systems, and the story, not just price per square foot.
I have a deep love of old buildings and the craft of restoring them. I don't finish a job unless it's right, and I don't put a property on the market unless the positioning is sharp.
My real estate focus is on the Mt. Hood corridor, where I have roots that go beyond the MLS. Out on the mountain, I own and operate Highland Farms — a working farm where I raise Highland cattle and host weddings. If you're buying or selling up there, you want someone who actually lives and works in that market, not someone who drives up once to take photos.
When I'm not working, you'll most likely find me in Cabo or Tahoe. I'm a California kid at heart who traded the coast for the mountains — and haven't looked back.
