Connor Laverty

I grew up in Beaverton and went to Oregon State, where I played wide receiver on the football team. That experience taught me a lot about preparation, trust, and executing under pressure — things that translate directly to real estate negotiations.

Before getting into brokerage, I worked in investment underwriting and accounting, which gave me a sharp eye for the numbers behind a deal. Around the same time, I was helping my brother build a short-term rental portfolio across Portland and Mt. Hood. Watching that business grow from the ground up, and eventually owning properties myself, gave me a real operator's perspective that most agents simply don't have.

Today, in addition to representing buyers and sellers, I'm actively developing housing in the Portland metro. I'm not just someone who talks about real estate. I'm in it. That means when I advise a client, I'm drawing on the same decisions I make with my own money.

Outside of work, I coach high school football at Central Catholic, which keeps me connected to the community I grew up in. You'll also find me walking my dog with my wife Olivia, usually somewhere in SE Portland.
